✧ From the time of purchase to before the item is shipped/picked up you are able to request a refund with 100% no hassle. 

✧ If you request a refund when the item is already acquired, you must send the item back before receiving said refund. 

✧ Obsceneonyx is not responsible for shipping fees if sending an item back. However, once the item is received back you will get your refund + a discount code for future orders!

✧ You are eligible for a refund if the item is not your size, if you never receive your item due to lost packages, or if the item is damaged. 

✧ You are only eligible for a refund before the 7 day mark of receiving your item.
